The idea of Parizo began with a realization - one that struck us after four years of enjoying pizza in the heart of Europe. Living near the borders of France and Italy, we saw firsthand how a simple drizzle of spicy oil could transform any ordinary slice into something extraordinary. The heat wasn't just heat - it was the flavor complexity that enhanced every bite.

But when we returned to the U.S., we noticed something missing. Here, people reached for pepper flakes, dry and uneven in their burn. Where was the oil? So, we set out to bring it home. After a year of testing, blending, and refining, we perfected our recipe - a sunflower oil base infused with the perfect balance of spices and herbs. A pizza oil designed not just to bring the heat, but to enhance every bite.

We named it Parizo, a name that evokes the spirit of the places that inspired us and the passion that went into every bottle. Now, we're on a mission to change the way people enjoy pizza - one drizzle at a time.
